The Contracting Authority (Connacht Rugby Stadium Ltd.) is seeking to appoint a Works Contractor (on a Design & Build basis) for the Redevelopment Works to the Sportsground, College Rd, Galway - Phase 2 - North Stand and High-Performance Centre & Associated External Works. The proposed works aim to modernise the grounds and bring the stadium up to levels comparable with other professional rugby stadiums and high-performance training facilities. The proposed works will modernise the campus and bring the facility in line with other Irish provincial teams such as Munster, Leinster and Ulster and also provide for a state-of-the-art training campus for the development of Connacht rugby. 

This is Stage One (Suitability Assessment Questionnaire) of a Two Stage Restricted Tendering Process 

 The SAQ documents are split over the following areas;
 - QW1 – Main Works Contractor
 - QW3 – Main’s Contractors Works Specialist
 - QC1 – Main Contractors Design Specialists
