Further to your successful pre-qualification submission for the Qualification System for Framework Agreement for M&E, Fire and CCTV, I wish to advise that you are shortlisted to participate in the Invitation to Tender stage Iarnrod Eireann’s above mentioned requirements. The ITT tender packs are attached in a zip folder in the documents section of e-tenders.
Please read and review the Instructions to Tenderers for guidance on submitting a compliant response.
Candidates will only then be scored against the advised award criteria in the Instructions to Tenderers following the closing date (1200, noon on 24th October 2022) for the receipt of tenders.
All tender queries must also be submitted via the e-tenders portal before 1200, noon on Wednesday 20th October 2022.
Please note site visits are not scheduled, however can be requested. If requested one date will be agreed for all tenderers.
When uploading your submission, please upload all documents to e-tenders in one zip file and please ensure your cost submissions in a separate file to the technical submissions. I look forward to receiving your tender submissions.
