To whom it may concern,
The Contracting Authority intends to award a single party framework agreement for a hire service for the provision of mattresses, seating system and bariatric products to provide a support surface for pressure area care needs and which comply with all relevant quality standards, including Medical Devices Directive 93/42 EEC and as set out in Appendix 3 - Specification of Requirements in the Invitation to Tender document.
