This is a call to competition by Irish Rail for the establishment of a Qualification System for Planned and Unplanned Bus Hire Services.

You are invited to submit a response for the Pre-Qualification Questionnaire (PQQ) for the above-mentioned Contract. Further details are available in the Pre-Qualification document published with this Notice. In order to participate you need to log on to eTenders notice and download a pre-qualification questionnaire.

Applicants will only be scored against the advised Pass/ Fail and Selection Criteria as set out in the PQQ, and the decision to include applicants on the tender list will be based on the applicant’s successful response to the requirements of the pre-qualification stage.

The qualification System will remain open for new applicants until 2025.
