For a tender to be assessed as valid it must include the following:
- A statement/or other evidence to satisfy the specifications and requirements set out in Appendix 1
- A completed pricing schedule as per Appendix 2
- A signed tenderers statement on the tenderers letterhead as per Appendix 3
- A signed declaration as per Appendix 4
