2022P043 - Executive Search Services

The Central Bank manages the majority of its recruitment directly through its in-house function. However, from time to time, it may require the assistance of executive search services to assist in filling certain senior roles. As such, the Central Bank is seeking to establish a framework for executive search services which will consist of 3 specialist lots as follows: Lot 1 - Executive Leadership Committee Roles Lot 2 - Senior Leadership Committee (Director Roles) Lot 3 - Leadership (Head of Division/Head of Function Roles) It is intended that the Framework will have up to a maximum of 9 Framework Members with up to a maximum of 3 members for each of Lots 1 - 3.
