HSE invites tenders from suitably qualified service providers to supply, implement and provide support and maintenance of a centralised Reconciliation Tool to enable reconciliations be delivered centrally under HSE Finance Shared Services under the Government mandated Shared Service model. 

This procured solution, for each of the two requirements, will enable the standardisation of processes across the entire health service in line with best practice, and as such will facilitate and enable a best practice shared service model.

It is HSE’s intention to award a contract to a single supplier to meet the requirements of a single Reconciliation Tool for both the Creditors and Balance Sheet requirements.

The HSE’s preference is that Tenderers propose an off-the-shelf solution with minimal customisation, but Tenderers may offer innovative, modern solutions to meet the specified requirement. Service Providers may propose partnership /consortium bids to offer the best possible solution for the HSE.

Please note the Final Date for receipt of Queries for this tender competition is 12:00 Noon Thursday, 8th September 2022. All Queries should be submitted via the QnA facility on the Contract Notice only; please submit an individual question per query. Queries received by any other means many not be addressed.

The Closing Date for receipt of Tenders for this tender competition has been extended from 12:00 Noon Monday, 19th September 2022 to 12:00 Noon Monday, 3rd October 2022.
