PR22-026 - An integrated system for cell therapy manufacture

NIBRT are looking to acquire an integrated platform for the manufacture of cell therapies. The ideal solution is one which allows for the processing of fresh or cryopreserved cells, including but not limited to total PBMC’s or selected or enriched T-cells, monocytes, or NK cells. The ideal solution is one which also allows for performing all aspects of the process, including cell washing, magnetic enrichment of specific populations, activation, viral transduction, transfection, expansion, cell culture and media exchange and formulation of the final cell product within the one instrument platform.
