8066 - The Purchase of an On-Track Machine (OTM) Tamper

Dear Sir/ Madam,
This is a call to competition by IE for suitably qualified companies to participate in the pre-qualification process for the proposed tender for The Purchase of an On-Track Machine (OTM) Tamper (the “Contract”).
A track tamper is the most fundamental part of the OTM fleet as its primary function is consolidation of the track to ensure that it is properly aligned, compacted, and therefore fit for the line speeds and for running our passenger and freight services efficiently and optimally. Modern tamping machines offer considerably higher production rates as well as being significantly more environmentally friendly

Vendors are required to complete and return 8066 - PQQ Appendices - (Vendors may submit separate documents clearly referenced in response to each criteria)
PQQ Returns
Your completed PQQ Submission and all supporting documentation should be uploaded on to the E-tenders Portal not later than 12.00 Noon on Friday 2nd September.
