Clare County Council now wish to appoint a Civil Engineering Led Integrated Design Team for the the Scarriff Market Square Public Realm Project. The following integrated design team services, to include principal services / disciplines and specialists are required; Principal services to include: • Civil Engineer Specialists to include; • Architect / Urban Designer • Mechanical and Electrical Engineer • Quantity Surveyor • PSDP Services • Traffic and Transport Planning • Environmental Consultant • Landscape Architect The project involves taking a public realm design which is agreed and developing through Planning, Detail Design, Tender Documents, Tender, Construction and Handover.
