FCC/033/21 - Revamp of Council Chamber Technology for Fingal County Council

Fingal County Council seeks to implement a new Delegate Conference and Audio-Visual System in the Council Chamber in County Hall, Swords. The system must provide microphone discussion, electronic voting, automatic camera control, and Microsoft Teams integration for 40 Councillors (including 1 Mayor), 13 council officials and 1 interpreter desk. The system must be capable of integrating with third party camera control systems for the purposes of web casting the proceedings and holding hybrid meetings.
