Louth County Council invites tenders from Architectural firms to provide Architect led Project Management Design Team services for the detailed design and construction management for a new fire station at Barn Road, Dunleer, County Louth. The successful tenderer will be responsible for the Preliminary Design, Planning Consent Process, detailed design, contract procurement supervision, construction management, certification and project closeout / final account agreement / handover
