EX/DE/2022 - Exhibition Stand Design, Build, Storage and Support Services for the German Market

Thank you for your interest.  You should read all of the attached Request for Tender [RFT] documentation carefully [available from 20th July].

Tourism Ireland wishes to enter into a contract with a suitably qualified bidder for the EXHIBITION STAND, DESIGN, BUILD & SUPPORT SERVICES FOR THE GERMAN MARKET.

The appointment is being made by a process of competitive tender using the OPEN procedure.  Suitably qualified applicants are hereby invited to submit a Tender.

Please note that this tender is being advertised Europe-wide via the OJEU.  Bidders should also note that fluency in spoken German is a requirement for lead stand build personnel in attendance at exhibitions.

All completed Tenders should be submitted in the exact format and sequence as requested.

Any query in connection with this tender opportunity should be submitted in line with the Query Procedure detailed in the RFT.

Following evaluation of all Tender submissions, Tourism Ireland reserves the right to have qualifying Tenderers who meet both the pre-qualification/suitability criteria requirements, clarify/present aspects of their Tender proposal.
