June 22 - Tender for Mechanical & Plumbing Maintenance Service Contracts to MTU Cork Campuses

This tender relates to Mechanical Building Service’s support and minor renovation work throughout the year. The successful company will also provide labour holiday cover for the University’s inhouse maintenance plumber. Tenders are invited from companies that are confident in both Mechanical & Plumbing disciplines only. This tender applies to all MTU Cork Campuses including Bishopstown, Crawford College of Art & Design, 46 Grand Parade and other premises (currently or in the future) under the remit of Buildings & Estates Office, MTU Cork. MTU Kerry reserves the right to use the successful tenderer from this competition should the need arise in the future.
