Multi-Party Framework Agreement for Project Management Services

Dublin City Council proposes to engage in a competitive process for the establishment of a Multi Party Framework Agreement for Project Management Services to oversee design, construction and building maintenance related works. The types of Contracts (public) will largely relate but will not be limited to dealing with overall building maintenance / building upgrading projects, building control compliance projects and interior fit-out related briefs to existing corporate buildings, design and construction of buildings within Dublin City Council’s Corporate Estate. The corporate estate largely comprises civic office type buildings, public buildings including libraries, sports centres, cultural buildings as well as depot buildings.
