7984 - Certification of Lifting Equipment
Iarnród Éireann (IÉ) requires the services of a technically competent and experienced company to undertake Certification of its lifting and safety equipment in line with statutory obligations. The equipment is located in a number of engineering facilities across a large geographical area in the Republic of Ireland.
The scope of works will include Examination, Inspection and Certification of Lifting Equipment, including replacement equipment that has been found to be not suitable or has failed an inspection. The successful tenderer will be required to inspect and certify all lifting equipment at the required intervals (6 monthly, 12 monthly, due date etc), and to maintain an on-line register of all lifting equipment.
Applicants should note the selection criteria within section 5 of the PQQ to ensure a compliant response.
