This is a legislative process which is currently before the houses of the Oireachtas. This Tender requirement is for suitably qualified organisations with the expertise, qualifications, and necessary ability to provide a Complete Pension Management Service for three pension Schemes to be put in place for the IAA following its merger with CAR, the separation from it of the ANSP into a new company, the Irish Air Navigation Service, pursuant to the provisions of the Air Navigation and Transport Bill 2020, when enacted.
