The Office of Public Works in Ireland invites responses from economic operators to provide Electrical Installation Work Specialists to meet the requirements of this Request for Tenders (RFT): PROVISION OF ENERGY METERING SYSTEMS - RFT 213726 OPW0122 - the Design, Supply, Installation, Commissioning, Setting to Work, Maintenance and Repair of Energy Metering Equipment in Existing Public Sector Facilities throughout the State.

Successful applicants will be appointed to a framework for the procurement of Public Works Contracts associated with this enquiry. The tender is sub-divided in to three regional lots. Respondents’ may tender for individual lot(s) or all lots.

The Office of Public Works (OPW) is the contracting authority for this public procurement competition.

Please refer to the Information to Tenderers document RFT213726- OPW0122-ITTW (ITT) for further information regarding the response requirements. Appendix 1 of the ITT lists the required documentation for the response return. Appendix 3 of the ITT sets out the Award Criteria for the RFT’s Notional Tender.

Section 3 of the Assessment Questionnaire, document RFT213726-OPW0122-QW2_Suitability_Assessment sets out the Suitability Assessment Criteria and includes appropriate checklists for returning information.

A “record” copy (PDF Format) of the issued RFT information is included in a separate folder for download.

A separate folder entitled RFT 213726-OPW0122-Tender Issue - Editable –T contains the complete tender information including drawings, the ITT, Framework agreement, conditions and editable MS Word versions of the documentation for return as necessary. Tenderers should use the editable versions of the documentation to provide the required response information where indicated.

Please note that no material changes can be made to the information entered by the Contracting Authority. Refer to the introduction section of the Suitability Assessment for further information.

Responses to this RFT shall be in PDF format and returned via the e-Tenders platform no later than 12:00hrs on 24th June 2022
