7984 - Certification and Maintenance of Lifting Equipment in 2 Lots

Iarnród Éireann (IÉ) requires the services of a technically competent and experienced company to undertake certification and maintenance of its lifting and safety equipment in line with statutory obligations. The equipment is located in a number of engineering facilities across a large geographical area in the Republic of Ireland.
The contract will be divided into two lots. Applicants can apply for one or both lots.
Lot 1 – Examination, Inspection and Certification of lifting equipment, including replacement equipment that has been found to be not suitable or has failed an inspection. The successful tenderer will be required to inspect and certify all lifting equipment at the required intervals (6 monthly, 12 monthly, due date etc), and to maintain an on-line register of all lifting equipment.
Lot 2 - Maintenance of Lifting Equipment – Maintenance and and servicing of crane and gantry equipment including Ongoing repairs and callout repairs located at Inchicore Works, Portlaoise Rail & Sleeper Depot and at Mullingar Bridge Repair Compound.
The closing date for return of the completed PQQ's is 12:00hrs on 13th June 2022.
Applicants should note the selection criteria within section 5 of the PQQ to ensure compliane responses.
