The Education Procurement Service (EPS) on behalf of the Department of Education (DoE) (the “Contracting Authority”) invites responses (“Tenders”) to this request for tenders (“RFT”) from economic operators (“Tenderers”) for appointment to a multi-supplier framework agreement, for the provision of the services as described in Appendix 1 to this RFT (the “Services”).
Education and Training Boards (ETBs) and ETB, schools and primary, post – primary, special and secondary schools as well as ETBs acting on behalf of schools, groups and clusters of schools in centres, further education colleges, multi‐faith community national schools and a range of adult, further education and training centres, will be the contracting authority for this Framework Agreement (“the Contracting Authority”) for this public procurement competition (“the Competition”).
