SSCON6337 - ESB Freight and Custom Clearance Services

The Contracting Entity intends to procure a framework agreement for the provision of Freight and Customs Services. Which will broadly involve the following: • Shipping of materials purchased Ex-Works • Shipping of items being exported • Domestic Deliveries • Customs Clearance associated with above • Warehousing as required It is proposed that the Contract will provide freight services to ESB, involving the collection of materials from suppliers around the world for delivery to ESB locations throughout the Republic of Ireland. The service will also include customs clearance at Irish ports where required, and also occasional ESB exports to suppliers worldwide.
