Home Building Finance Ireland (HBFI) sought tenders for appointment to a multi-party framework for the Provision of Legal Services, comprising of two Panels: Panel 1: Residential Development Funding Services (approved facility amounts exceeding 20 000 000 EUR), Enforcement & Litigation Services; Panel 2: Residential Development Funding Services (approved facility amounts not exceeding 20 000 000 EUR), Enforcement & Litigation Services. Please see attached Contract Award Notice for details of the appointed firms to Panel 1 and Panel 2 of the Framework. The date the Panel 1 Framework was put in place is 10th October 2022. The date the Panel 2 Framework was put in place is 19th October 2022.
