7900 - MEDIA PLANNING & BUYING
Iarnród Éireann on behalf of the CIE Group of operating companies is seeking applications from interested and capable companies to provide Media Planning and Buying Agency Services.

It should be noted that upto 09 May 2022, the queries outlined below have been reponded to:
Question 1: On page 25 it states that “The CIE group requires separate Media Account management, Media Strategy and Media Planning teams for each of the 3 companies within the group”. As CIE group is comprised of three individual operating companies: Iarnród Éireann, Bus Éireann and Dublin Bus can you please give an estimated split of budget so we can recommend and allocate resources accordingly.
Answer: This is PQQ stage, we do not provide budget at this stage. The estimated overall budge circa of 3million is noted in 1.1 of the PQQ document.
Question 2: On Page 27 this section comprises of company resource Part 4. Can you please clarify point (b) why this states reference project staff which is covered in part 3?
Answer: Please note: section (b) of the table in Part 4, refers the resources that has been used in the delivery of the services provided under the heading of relevant experiences(Part 3). The resources required in section (c) Part 4 solely relates to the resources that are still currently employed in your organisation and who were involved in the delivery of the three referenced projects.
Question 3: Do you currently have three separate teams servicing the media needs for each of the three individual operating companies?
Answer: Yes. CIE currently have three separate team looking after the three companies of the group.
