Attached please find PQQ for completion for addition to UL's Panel for External Tutors/Lecturer's.
This is the second year of the Panel.
If you are already on the Panel from last year there is no need to reapply unless the information you have provided has changed or you are applying for a new thematic area not previously applied for.
