Detailed description:

1. This tender process is to establish a single provider for a Helicopter Emergency Medical Service (HEMS) based within the county of Cork to primarily serve the South West of Ireland. 2. The provider will provide rotary wing transport from its designated base and be capable of delivery of service to any location within the state. Annex XIV procurement process
