UCDOPP Sale of Equipment - Sale of a FEI Quanta 3D FEG (FIB-SEM)

University College Dublin is examining the potential to offer for sale FEI Quanta 3D FEG (FIB-SEM) that is no longer in use at School of Chemical and Bioprocess Engineering, Belfield, Dublin 4. Specification • 2009 system – being sold as is. • FIB Magnum ion column (Has a slight shadow effect) • SEM (HT may have issues over 5KV) • OMNIPROBE 200 for TEM lift out • (3) GIS Gases: Pt, XeF2 and W • CL Centaurus detector • EDAX: EDS, WDS, EBSD (needs a new P screen) • ETD, BSD, STEM and GSED detectors • Environmental capability • PC Non-functional. However hard drive working. Some original disks are with the system. • Pictures are attached. Please note that this equipment is being “sold as seen”.
