Please find attached Request for Tenders (RFT), Tender Response Document and Pricing Schedule for the provision of Instructional Design and Development of an eLearning Programme for the Commercial Skills Academy.

The scope of the RFT is the provision of Instructional Design and Development of an eLearning Programme for the Commercial Skills Academy to provide the necessary commercial skills training pertaining to governance and oversight arrangements, risk management and cost control for publicly funded capital projects.
