For:   Architect Led Integrated Design Team Consultancy Services for:

- ‘Sustainable Energy Centre of Excellence [SECOE] Ireland’ - a flagship Carbon Neutral and Energy Positive Building; and including

- A Transformational Town Centre Public Realm Project to Deliver a New Low Carbon Neighbourhood

The Contracting Authority invites you to tender for integrated design team services for the above-named project.

This tender competition is being procured in accordance with the Restricted Procedure. This invitation to tender relates to Stage 1 – Pre-qualification of interested Applicants.

Stage 1 - Documents

The following documents are included:

  • Invitation to Tender letter (this document)
  • Project Information Memorandum
  • Project Background Information, including Project Masterplan Overview Report and Maps
  • Suitability Assessment Questionnaires including associated appendices for Architect, Quantity Surveyor, Civil/Structural Engineer and Mechanical/Electrical Building Services Engineer.

Expressions of Interest Submission

The latest time and date for return of completed applications is: 12:00hrs Friday 6th May 2022

Submissions must be received by eTenders portal only, with the onus resting with the Applicant to ensure receipt of the submission before the latest time and date for receipt of expressions of interest.  

 

Applications must contain:

  1. The completed and signed document entitled “QC1-Part2-Architect’’ including associated appendices,
  2. The completed and signed document entitled “QC1-Part2-QS’’ including associated appendices,
  3. The completed and signed document entitled “QC1-Part2-ME Engineer’’ including associated appendices,
