2022 - Concessionary Catering Services and School Meals

Cork Education and Training Board is seeking tenders for the provision of Concessionary Catering Services and School Meals to seven post-primary schools.

This public procurement competition will be divided into seven Lots. Each Lot will result in a separate contract. Tenders may be submitted for one, several or all Lots.

The Request for Tender which applies to all Lots, and the Contracting Authorities Terms and Conditions (Appendix 4), have been uploaded under the document folder for Lot 1 Colaiste Fionnchua.

When submitting a tender response one completed Declaration re Compliance, Financial and Technical Capacity (Appendix 5) is required, irrespective of how many Lots a Tenderer wishes to make a submission for. For convenience a copy of this document is included in the document folder for each Lot. 

A seperate Tender Response Document (Appendix 6) must be completed for EACH LOT that a Tenderer wishes to make a submission for. An individual Tender Response Document is available in the document folder for each Lot.

Tenders must be submitted via the electronic postbox available on (http://www.etenders.gov.ie/).   Only Tenders submitted to the electronic postbox will be accepted.  Tenders submitted by any other means (including but not limited to by email, fax, post or hand delivery) will NOT be accepted.

Tenders must be received not later than 12:00 Noon on 14/04/2022 (the “Tender Deadline”).  Tenders that are received late WILL NOT be considered in this Competition.
