Iarnród Éireann Irish Rail takes this opportunity to invite to participate in the call to competition. Irish Rail intend to establish a Framework Agreement with an approved list of pre-qualified applicants who have meet or excedded the minimum ctriteria as laid out in the attached PQQ.
