7911 - Provision of Out of Home Advertising Services for the CIE Group of Companies

This is a call to competition by CIE for the CIE Out Of Home Advertising Licence as required by CIE and the Operating Companies, (hereinafter referred to as the “Contract” or the “Licence”).
CIE manages a substantial network of outdoor advertising sites, potential and realised, across bus and rail networks throughout Ireland. The advertising business includes, but is not limited to, external and internal positions on network bus and rail fleets, fixed and digital advertising sites at bus and rail stations and nationwide roadside billboard sites (the “Sites”).
The current licence for the CIE out of home advertising business (the “OOH Advertising Business”) expires on 24th January 2023. Pre-Qualification Applications for a new Licence to operate the OOH Advertising Business, are now invited from interested parties.
Completed Applications must be submitted via the Etenders portal only and all queries must be addressed also via the Etender messaging service
