2022PR036 - Contract Award - Appointment to a framework for the provision of legal services to the SCA on managing delegated claims & counter-claims against the State (Medical Negligence Claims)
The National Treasury Management Agency (NTMA) sought tenders for appointment to a framework for the provision of legal services to the State Claims Agency on managing delegated claims and counter-claims against the State in respect of Medical Negligence Claims, comprising of four panels: Panel 1 Dublin (South and North) Panel 2 HSE North East/Mid Leinster (excluding Dublin South & North) Panel 3 HSE South Panel 4 HSE West Please see the RFT attached to this notice for further information. Please note that the RFT and associated documentation for each panel is available for download from the folder: Panel 1 – Dublin (South and North). Please see the attached Contract Award Notice for details of the appointed firms in respect of each Panel of the Framework. The date each Panel of the Framework was put in place is 21 December 2022.
