7903 - Supply & Installation of EV Chargers

Dear Tenderer,
This is a call to competition by IE for the procurement of EV Chargers for Taxi's (the “Contract”) as advertised on OJEU on 16th February 2022.
Iarnród Éireann (IÉ) is currently seeking quotations from a suitably qualified and experienced contractor to (1) supply, install and commission twin 50Kw Taxi Charge Points and associated site infrastructure at 9 no. Stations, (2) the operation and maintenance services for the EV charger hardware, (3) the provision of a Charge Point Management System (CPMS) as a managed service that provides appropriate authentication, card payment options and portal access for consumers.
The form of Contract will be issued with the Invitation to Tender (ITT) at the ITT stage of this procurement process, to all Applicants who pre-qualify for the ITT stage of the process, under this PQQ, subject to IE’s decision (in its sole discretion) to proceed to the ITT stage of the competition.
The closing date for PQQ Submissions is the 21st March 2022 at 12 noon.
