Software Licences - SPFA for the Provision of Software Licences, Subscriptions and Renewals of Software

Dublin City Council seeks to establish a Single Party Framework for a period of four years for the provision of Software Licences, Subscriptions and Renewals of Software. Dublin City Council is seeking a suitably resourced provider for the supply of software licenses, subscription and renewals of software primarily to update and support existing systems with the inclusion of ad hoc software programmes required by DCC in a range of areas. While it is expected that the framework will be used primarily for the purchase of products from Adobe, Foxit etc., DCC may award additional contracts in respect of other licenses, subscriptions and renewals of software etc. during the course of the Framework. Volume Microsoft server, database and client access licensing is not included in this Framework. The framework period will be for four years. However, contracts may be awarded which extend beyond the lifetime of the Framework.
