Dear Sir/ Madam,
This is a call to competition by IE for the supply and delivery of Small Plant and Handheld Power Tools to our depot in Portlaoise.
The PQQ has been divided into 21 Specific Lots with a detailed specification for each Lot to be issued out at the Tender Stage of this competition to all Applicants who have successfully passed the Pre-Qualification Stage of this competition.
Please note that with regard to the following Lots namely ( 1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9,13,14,19,& 20) two of the three reference contracts provided must specifically refer to tools of a similar type that have been previously supplied to Irish Rail or one of the main EU Rail Networks (e.g. DB, SNCF, Network Rail, OBB, ADIF, Infrabel, Prorail, RFI, TBVK, BANEDanmark).
This is a prerequisite and will be a Pass/Fail.
For the remaining Lots namely (10,11, 12,15,16,17,18 & 21) the three reference contracts are not required to be Rail Specific Contracts.
The contract the subject of this competition is for three years subject to annual review based on contract performance and the changing needs of the Business.

PQQ Returns:
Your completed PQQ Submission and all supporting documentation should be uploaded on to the E-tenders Portal not later than 12.00 Noon on Tuesday 15th March 2022.
