The HSE invites Tenders for the supply, delivery, installation, commissioning, maintaining and staff training of Dental Decontamination Equipment as more particularly described in the Specification/Standards document attached at Appendix 1. There are 8 separate and independent Lots. Suppliers may apply for any or all Lots but must complete the appropriate documentation for each Lot. The HSE wishes to procure the equipment as specified in the suite of tender documentation by means of an Open Tender Competition from competent service providers. This tender competition is designed to support both the interim and longer-term requirements of the HSE with regard to any future reconfigurations. This procurement process is on behalf of the Irish Public Health System (HSE), Organisations funded by the HSE and the Irish Public Sector.

• Installation requirements.
• Reference sites.
• Standards / DICOM requirements.
• Detailed Specification of Equipping requirements.
• Supplementary Questionnaire.

• After Sales and Technical assistance including Maintenance Questionnaire.
All questions on each tab are required to be completed and submitted as part of your tender submission. Failure to complete all relevant questions will inhibit the Product Evaluation Group scoring your tender submission.
