Detailed description:

DECC are tendering for consortia service provider, who can bring the requisite expertise and experience to design, carry out, analyse, and provide a programme of studies constituting a Climate Conversation culminating in a synthesised report including key recommendations for the Climate Action Plan 2022 and sectoral policies which will support the realisation of a carbon neutral society.
