UCDOPP5068 - Managed Parking Services and Virtual Parking Permit Services to University College Dublin

Dear Tenderer

University College Dublin or any wholly owned subsidiaries thereof (the "Contracting Authority") invites tenders ("Tenders") to this request for tenders ("RFT") from economic operators ("Tenderers") for the provision of Managed Parking Services and Virtual Parking Permit Services to University College Dublin described in Appendix 1 Requirements and Specifications to the RFT (the "Services")

This public procurement competition is for one lot (“Lot”), the Lot will result in a Services Contract (the “Contract”).

Should the Successful Tenderer appoint a Sub-contractor to operate either the Managed Parking Services or the Virtual Parking Permit Services required, the Contracting Authority will deal with all matters relating to this Competition through a single nominated entity authorised to represent all members of the group of undertakings.

This public procurement competition (the “Competition”) will be conducted in accordance with the open procedure under the European Union (Award of Public Authority Contracts) Regulations 2016 (Statutory Instrument 284 of 2016) (the “Regulations”).  

Any contract that may result from this Competition will be issued for a term of three (3) years (“the Term”). The Contracting Authority reserves the right to extend the Term for a period or periods of up to twelve (12) months with a maximum of one (1)  such extension or extensions on the same terms and conditions, subject to the Contracting Authority’s obligations at law.

Bidders Briefing/Site Visit:   1st March 2022 (see 1.3 in the RFT for instructions on registration)

Queries & Clarifications Deadline: 12.00pm, 14th March 2022

Tender Submission Deadline: 12:00 pm,  22nd March 2022
