Dear Sir/ Madam,
This is a call to competition by Irish Rail for the establishment of a Qualification System for Painting and Welding Inspection Services. The purpose is to provide independent expert advice to IÉ during fabrication, repair and protective treatment application processes.
We propose to pre-qualify a number of suitably qualified candidates to be appointed to a Qualification System in order to participate in mini tender competitions during the 3 Year Term of the Qualification System.
