CCC/05/2022 - Morrison's Island Public Realm and Flood Defence Project - Main Works Contract
To whom it may concern,
Cork City Council (the Contracting Authority) wishes to appoint a suitably qualified and experienced Contractor in connection with the Morrison’s Island Public Realm and Flood Defence Project (Main Works Contract).
Stage 1 of the process involves pre-qualification of applicants by means of a Suitability Assessment Questionnaire (QW1). Details are included in the attached documentation.
Stage 2 will involve a tender process for those applicants selected from Stage 1.
Applicants should note that this project will involve a Reserved Specialist who will be a Specialist Grouting Contractor. The Reserved Specialist will be procured through eTenders by the Contracting Authority before being appointed by the Main Contractor upon award of the [main] contract as provided for in the Capital Works Management Framework (CWMF).
All queries are to be submitted using the eTenders messaging system by the deadline stated in the RFT.
All responses must be via eTenders tenderbox by the date stated in the RFT.
