The Health Service Executive (HSE) (the “Contracting Authority”) invites tenders (“Tenders”) to this request for tenders (“RFT”) from economic operators (“Tenderers”) for the provision of the services as described in Appendix 1 to this RFT (the “Services”).
In summary, the Services comprise: A managed service function which will consist of a protocol driven, single point of contact, support hub for fleet and equipment management for the National Ambulance Services (NAS). The fleet comprises of approximately 600 vehicles. The service provision will be required 24 hours a day, 365 days a year including weekends & bank holidays with a target commencement date of Mid-2022. The successful Tenderer will work with the NAS & other 3rd party suppliers (such as, but not limited to, Maintenance Providers) to provide a Fleet & Equipment Management System, to include a Single Platform Fleet Management Software System package to act as an interface with the current multiple fleet data sources. Please refer to Appendix 1 within this Request for Tender (RFT) document for more comprehensive detail with respect to the requirements and specifications.
This public procurement competition (the “Competition”) will be conducted in accordance with the open procedure under the European Union (Award of Public Authority Contracts) Regulations 2016 (Statutory Instrument 284 of 2016) (the “Regulations”).
