UCDOPP5189 - Establishment of a Multiple Operator Framework Agreement for Integrated Design Team Services for UCD Minor Works Construction Projects and the UCD Building Care Programme

UCD Estate Service wishes to establish a Multi Operator Framework Agreement of Integrated Design Teams who if successful, will provide professional design and consultancy related services for UCD Minor Works Construction Projects and the UCD Building Care Programme. The build costs of these contracts will range between €30k and €500k. Following the establishment of the framework, UCD reserves the right to engage to procure subsequent call-off contracts from the framework panel and engage with the successful candidate to carry out services associated with other campus-based facilities in upgrading or developing areas over the lifetime of the Framework through Mini competitions. In addition, UCD may elect to engage select disciplines from the Integrated Design Team framework to carry out related design or consultancy services over the lifetime of the framework agreement.
