EST Construction - Co. Cork - Bantry General Hospital, Clinical Capacity Expansion (01/2022)

Contractor required for Clinical Capacity Expansion Project at Bantry General Hospital, Carrignagat, Bantry, Co. Cork complying with the enclosed Instructions to Tenderers.

The development will consist of the construction of a single storey Endoscopy Unit, of 1201.2 Sqm and the construction of a single storey extension to the existing hospital to provide 16 No. beds for a Stroke Rehabilitation Unit, of 1439.3 Sqm and all associated site development including a link from the proposed Endoscopy Unit to the existing hospital, alterations to road layout and parking, upgrading of landscaping and amenity areas associated with the proposed Endoscopy Unit and Stroke Rehabilitation Unit extension.

     The closing date and time for receipt of completed SAQ is Monday, 7th February 2022 by 12:00 Noon.

     The latest date and time for receipt of clarification questions is Friday, 21st January 2022 by 12:00 Noon.

Tenders must be delivered via the electronic post box available on www.etenders.gov.ie (http://www.etenders.gov.ie/)  

Documents delivered by post, hand or fax will not be accepted. 

Applicants are advised to allow for the upload time. 

The system will not accept any uploads after the latest date and time for submission, which for this project is Monday, 7th February 2022 by 12:00 Noon.
