Limerick Region Catering Sers - Provision of Meals for daily consumption in the Limerick Region

The RFT has ended, you cannot answer the invitation.

The Brothers of Charity Services Ireland provide a wide range of services to people with an intellectual disability across Munster, Connacht and South Leinster.

The Limerick Region now require a provider of main meals for daily consumption 7 days per week, at two locations in County Limerick as identified by Lot 1 and Lot 2.

The main meal provided should include main course and dessert. The Limerick Region does not have extensive cooking facilities at either location in Lot 1 or Lot 2. The Region has a preference for the daily delivery of freshly cooked meals delivered hot for immediate consumption. The Region recognises that economic operators may not be able to provide this level of service. Tenders should clearly specify within the tender response the proposed number of deliveries per day, week or month. Whether the food will be delivered hot and freshly prepared or cooked fresh for later reheat or delivered frozen for later consumption. The Region further recognises that tenderers may have an alternative solution to the delivery and they should clearly specify this within the tender response

Tenderers are requested to review the Request for Tender Document and ensure that they supply sufficient detail by way of a tender response document and to provide sufficient detail to each of the Quality Criteria identified at 3.2.1. This document should be uploaded to the response postbox.

Tenderers are requested to review the attached Pricing Schedule and to complete for the lots and meal types they wish to place a tender. The completed pricing schedule file should be uploaded to the postbox with the response document.
