Please note that all documents relating to this competition are available to download from www.etenders.gov.ie only under RFT204582. This Contract Notice is being advertised on foot of the Prior Information Notice (PIN) RFT 179734, previously advertised.
All communication should be in accordance with the rules contained within the documentation.
The supplier is requested to carefully read the documentation in relation to format, protocol for raising questions, response times, format of response via hard copy or via etenders website only.
Please note that Clúid Housing will not be responsible for any costs, charges or expenses incurred in preparing a response. Clúid Housing reserves the right to cancel the procurement at any stage up to formal conclusion of a contract.
Suppliers are requested to monitor emails from eu-supply (i.e. the etenders website) as clarifications will be notified from the etenders email rather than Clúid Housing corporate email addresses.
Further details on correspondence and rules relating to the negotiation stage will be included in the ITN, which will be issued to those Candidates invited to submit a tender.
