The development is for a new 110 bed Community Nursing Unit of gross floor area c. 9400sq.m. with associated landscaping and parking at Kilmacrennan Road, Knocknamona, Letterkenny to provide a mixture of long stay residential and short term rehabilitation/ step down beds. The development also includes a rehabilitation unit to provide services to residents and day patients.
