Fingal County Council intends to establish a Multi-Party Framework Agreement with four (4) suppliers, subject to that number meeting the minimum criteria and rules. The purpose of the Framework Agreement is the Supply and Delivery of Loose Furniture with an initial contract to supply Library furniture to three (3) Libraries in Fingal County Council’s administrative area
