CCC/108/21 - Engineering Consultancy Services, with PSDP as a specialist skill, for various roads, public realm, sustainable transport & other infrastructure projects in Cork City for the period 2022 - 2026.
To whom it may concern,
Cork City Council seek competent civil engineering consultants to be placed on a framework for the provision of consultancy services for roads, public realm, sustainable transport and other infrastructure projects in Cork City for the period 2022 to 2026.
Cork City Council reserves the right not to appoint any of the bidders onto the panel and shall not be liable for any of the bidder's expenses whether appointed to the framework or not.
Cork City Council undertakes to use all reasonable endeavours to hold confidential any information submitted by candidates subject to complying with its obligations under law. However, the Contracting Authority reserves the right to publicise, at its discretion, the names of of the companies or consortia involved in the competition including the names of any consortium members.
Local authorities are governed by the requirements of the Freedom of Information Act, 1997 and 2003 (Amendment). Should any bidder not wish any information supplied in connection with the competition to be disclosed, this should be stated giving reasons. CA shall take such submissions into account before making a decision on the release of such information.
Any errors or omissions encountered in the documentation for this project should be brought to the attention of Cork City Council prior to making a submission.
All submissions shall be via etenders.
Stage 1 of the process involves pre-qualification of applicants by means of Suitability Assessment Questionaire. Please note the final date for submission of the Suitability Assessment Questionnaire is 16:00 on 14th January 2022.
Stage 2 will include a tender process and establishment of the framework agreement. Stage 2 is expected to take place in January 2022. Details of the tender process will be published following the SAQ.
All queries must be submitted by 16.00 hours, 7th January 2022 to enable issue of responses to all interested parties.
Please note that queries submitted between the 23rd of December 2022 and 4th January 2022 will not be answered until after the 4th of January 2022.
