ICT Managed Services including support and maintenance, additional ICT Support and ICT Projects for The Arts Council. 1.3 This public procurement competition ("Competition") is divided into two (2) lots (each a “Lot”) as described below. Each Lot will result in a separate contract (each a "Services Contract"). Lot 1- ICT Managed Service - management and support of the Contracting Authority’s cloud CRM system and development as described in Section 2.1 of Appendix 1 ("Lot 1 Services"). Lot 2 - ICT Managed Service - management and support of the Contracting Authority's fully functional network infrastructure as described in Section 2.2 of Appendix 1 ("Lot 2 Services").
