Re:  Our Lady of Good Counsel Special Needs School, Ballincollig, P31 FH22 - Tender for Engineering Consultant to oversee Roof Repairs

The Employer invites you to tender for the Engineering Consultancy Works for the above as detailed in our Project Brief.   There are several areas of the roof that require attention as listed in our Project Brief (see zip file).

Form of Contract:   PW-CF5 Public Works Contract for Minor building & Civil Engineering works.

Tender Returns: no later than 12 noon 14 January 2022.

Queries:   Should be submitted by email to the School Office     office@olgcschool.ie (mailto:office@olgcschool.ie).   All queries must be submitted as soon as possible and in any event not later than 5 working days before latest time for receipt of Tender, although the Employer may at its discretion respond to queries raised after that date.
